Vlc runtime error4/9/2023 ![]() Permitted navigation is as follows:Ī vmMenu can jump to any other vmMenu, the root menu in each titleset or any title.Ī Titleset menu can jump to any vmMenu or any menu or title in its titleset. I tried these tricks dated 2015 and none worked:ĭue to the formal DVD specification. Update: Just installed KMPlayer and it has NO problems playing the DVDStyler folder. This all works fine in all players except in VLC.Ī fellow here had the same problem in 2016: The Titlesets have arrow buttons to jump from one Titleset to the next Titleset. It looks to be "only" a clash with VLC and DVDStyler and the way it was authored in DVDStyler. ![]() Also, the PotPlayer Media Player has no problems. I have re-installed all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables from 2005 all the way to 2019. ![]() vlc-1.1.9-win32.exe is the only one that does not produce this runtime error. I have installed and tried vlc-3.0.10-win32.exe (the latest) and various other revisions all the way down to vlc-1.1.9-win32.exe (dated 2010). It only happens when selecting arrow buttons to go to the next menu. ![]() ![]() I have search this error in the forum but cannot find a solution. When viewing a DVD folder made by DVDStyler via the VLC Media Player, I am getting the "Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error". ![]()
